DroneBox Internet Of Things

H3 Dynamics Introduces The First Available Drone Internet DroneBox

H3 Dynamics, a group of hardware and software companies located in Singapore, Texas, France and South Africa has given the world a first look at what it is calling the Internet of Drones this week at the Singapore Air Show.

Dronebox brings together drone-enabled service activities and the Industrial Internet of Things. It is a self-powered system that can deploy in remote areas where industrial assets, borders or sensitive installations require constant monitoring. Dronebox can charge drone batteries with its shelter system. Off-grid power is provided primarily by a solar-battery installation. System capabilities may be extended using Remobox, an accessory that provides more advanced communications. The system also hosts a small back-up fuel cell system for year long availability in mission critical locations.

Droneboxes can be installed anywhere allowing drones to perform pre-programmed scheduled routines. The drones can be deploy on demand or be woken up by other drones and/or sensors as part of a much wider network of “things”. The Dronebox network can increase their effectiveness and mission times using collaborative technologies.

Designed to be an evolution over unattended sensors and CCTV cameras around cities, borders, and large industrial estates. Dronebox innovates by allowing vehicles to use drones as a vehicle, giving their sensors freedom of movement. End-users can deploy flying sensor systems at different locations to offer 24/7 reactivity.

H3 Dynamics expects the first Dronebox and Remobox to be delivered this year.
